Returns Policy
EXCHANGES: We will happily exchange your item for another size or even a totally different item of equal or lesser value and we will ship your exchange to you for free!! Simply send it back with the receipt from your package in its original, unworn condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor with all tags still attached for up to 30 days from the date of purchase and write on your reciept the item,color, and size that you'd like instead.
After an item has already been exchanged once it cannot be exchanged again or returned again. An article of clothing cannot be exchanged for a pair of shoes. We recommend checking our site to ensure the item you request is available. If you choose to exchange a higher priced item for a lower priced item the difference is non refundable.

In most cases the refund will be reflected in your balance within 7 to 14 business days from the date we email you that we have processed your return but depending upon your credit card company's processing speed it may take up to one full billing cycle. We send all packages via Royal mail and recommend sending items back to us using DHL with tracking as you are responsible for insuring the package's return.
Shoes must be returned unscuffed in an additional, separate, packaging box and with any cushioning material that arrived inside the shoe box still inside the shoe box. For international orders (orders shipped outside of the UK) we can not offer free exchanges of shoes.
Please Note : Jewelry,lingerie, swimwear and accessories are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged****
Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date your item is mailed back for us to email you when your return or exchange has been processed.
